Apparently NOT -- "Brian, an only child, grew up in the middle-class, suburban comforts that his father Harold provided through his position as an electronics engineer with the Department of Defense."

Nope not possible in my opinion. Brian May doesn't have any brothers of sisters. Though Brian does have a son named James, or as most call him Jimmy. But he is born on 15th of Juny 1978.
That is the answer I found at Yahoo.com

There were rumours that The Grand Tour star James May is Brian's brother. Apparently, James has been asked this question in numerous interviews and made sometimes fun by affirming. But obviously, they are not related.
