Some religions do not accept converts at all (membership is inherited), such as the Druze and Zoroastrians.
Unlike in the Hellenistic era, in the modern era most branches of Judaism do not actively proselytize to non-Jews. Some groups, however, will encourage nonobservant Jews to be observant, such as Chabad.

Though modern Judaism does not officially proselytize among non-Jews, Judaism does accept converts (albeit after their sincerity hass passed various tests), and the conversion process is actually quite simple.

As I understand it, there are different views between Jews as far as converting is concerned. Just a small clip here:
The Orthodox requirements for conversion are the same as those of Conservative Judaism. The crucial difference is that Orthodox rabbis generally do not recognize conversions performed by non-Orthodox rabbis. This fact has caused considerable friction within the Jewish community, and it is important for potential converts to be aware of the problem.

But we are getting a bit off topic. Druze, Zoroastrians and Bahais (I think, I'm not entirely sure) do not accept converts.

Baha'i definitely do accept converts -

"A gathering of Bahá’ís from around the world. People of virtually every background, in every nation, have become Bahá’ís," is the caption to the lead picture. They're one of the more eclectic religious groups, including Abraham, Moses, Buddha, Krishna, Zoroaster, Christ and Muhammad as predecessors of Bahá'u'lláh, their founder.
