    Seems that Andorra is currently in talks to mint its own coin design.

    		Andorran euro coins will be minted in 2009, so your answer is right.

    However, there is at least one more European country (and UN member) which have no national coin designs of its own.

    If you need a clue: It's in the Balkans and uses the euro as its national currency.

    		It's Kosovo; they used the Deutsche Mark before the introduction of the Euro.

    		Since Kosovo is not a UN member (my clue) I have to say that the correct answer is Montenegro.
