    		Based on the ingredients, it contains complex carbohydrates and legumes - both types of food you want in a healthy diet. It would be counted as a healthy snack.

    		Just looked at that 'franchise opportunity'.... Can't see it doing much. Things for sale and not in vending machines go walkies in most workplaces.
