    		It could be SIR EARLE CHRISTMAS GRAFTON PAGE.

    Earle Page holds the record for the second-shortest period as Prime Minister, the country's 15th. I found one vague reference on a biography page to him being remembered as ... "A popular student, especially for his ability to pick Melbourne Cup winners."

    I would seek some clarity from others on this one.
