This is from 2007:
"Lost averaged 17.8 million viewers in the fall, down 19% from the comparable weeks in 2005, when the show hit a ratings peak (22 million) after winning an Emmy and revealing the inside of the mysterious hatch."

The third season for example averaged 14.6 million American viewers per episode, ranking seventeenth in viewership and ninth in the key adults 18–49 demographic. The first block had an average of four million more viewers than the second block, with the fourteenth episode meeting a ratings low for the series, with 11.52 million viewers. However, Lost was the most recorded program of 2007.
