I've heard all those versions of the violin sonata by Cesar Frank. In fact, I much prefer to hear it on the flute (my recording's with James Galway).
I've also heard all those versions of Schubert's sonata for the arpeggione and piano. (That one I've also heard transcribed for bass clarinet, for guitar and orchestra, and a number of other ways.)

Come to think of it, I've also heard the Brahms G major violin sonata arranged for cello and flute (and where it's been arranged for cello, it's also been done for viola).
