Temple policy requires the gown to be ALL WHITE and have long sleeves -- The neck and back need to be covered with no cleavage showing. Sheer or lace sleeves must be lined. If the gown has a short sleeve you will be asked to wear an insert.
The trains need to be bustled up or detachable. This can easily be done by a qualified seamstress.
Gowns should be a simple design without extravagant embellishments.
The following link has wording that makes no sense to me, so I've rephrased it.
Temple ready bridal gown -- A temple ready gown is a modest gown specifically used where religious concerns are to be accommodated. Typically they have a higher neckline and most often a sleeve.
