    How many words are asked during the entire course of one year's Spelling Bee?

    		To be honest, it depends on how many words that people get right. Obviously, the bee ends when only one speller remains. At the Scripps National Spelling Bee, once two or three contestants remain, they receive words from a 25-word Champions Words list. If this list is completed with no clear winner, then the remaining spellers are declared co-champions.
