    		The co-flagship of the Celebrity Cruises is the Century.

    Pulque and mezcal (the more potent of the two) are fermented from the juice (aguamiel) of the maguey. The maguey is a species (salmiana) of agave plant. Another prominent agave is Agave americana which is known as the century plant.
