    		Among the few states that retain a rather absolute monarchy are Brunei, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Swaziland, and Vatican City.

    		The expression "rather" is interesting here.
    Strictly speaking "absolute" monarchies are absolute, and not "rather absolute".
    The answer might need a clarification. What does it mean that the "absolute" monarchies mentioned here are "rather absolute"?
