An interesting question, and my vote goes to St. Vincent and the Grenadines.|
Methodology: going to http://news.google.com/ and search the news of the past month for the most obscure nations.
It comes to no surprise that the list is topped by Caribbean and Pacific island nations, followed by little-known African countries.
