    What percent of atheists are male, and what percent are female?

    		1. Search for male atheists/agnotstics specifying only sex, religion and distance. Increase (or decrease) the distance criterion until the number of search results is just under the maximum reported precisely (last I checked, this limit was 1000.)

    2. Search for female atheist/agnostics within the same distance, and see how many turn up.

    3. Compute the ratio.

    Last time I did this, it was males outnumbered femailes by almost 2:1 where I live, out of a total of approximately 1500 atheist/agnostic people.

    This doesn't count people who do not specify their (lack of) religion, however, which could conceivably skew results.
