    		Okay I half half of the response but cannot devise a clear link between the two (help!):

    The song by The Fall is called Repitition, here is an excerpt of the lyrics:

    " President Carter loves repetition
    Chairman Mao he dug repetition
    Repetition in China
    Repetition in America
    Repetition in West Germany"

    Now I am stumped.....anyone else out there pull this one together?
