    		im gonna take a stab in the dark and say that:

    the movie that mr pee wee herman was watching which led to the events that led to his arrest shares the name with Betty Lou Barto's sister.

    the film was nurse nancy.

    her sister's name is nancy walker.

    ??? thats all i could think of without doing extensive research!!!
