    When was the last occasion that a picture of Queen Elizabeth II was published, wearing a swimming costume?

    		The deleted post was correct that a photo was taken of Princess Elizabeth in 1939 wearing a swimming costume - reference http://www.iln.org.uk/iln_years/year/1947.htm Yes, I know that says 1947 - that's the year the three page photo spread was published in the Illustrated London News. Sorry, the link doesn't show the picture. It may have been republished, but I assume storky is referring to first publication date for a pic. I would doubt there are pics of her as Queen in swimming costume. Could be wrong.
