How did Twiggy cause an awkward problem for Lisa?

If you are talking about the advertisement in the guise of a show called " Next Top Model ", I found this dramatic interlude between judge Twiggy ( former skinny model ) and contestant Lisa who apparently cannot decide whether to cry or not. It appears that Tyra admonishes her to cry without tears, or for those tears to roll upwards.
Lisa -- Her face reads pure nerves. Like, it almost makes me twitchy. It gets worse as she goes on, and the tears start. It's honestly uncomfortable to watch. Saleisha tries to comfort Lisa, but she doesn't want to hear it.
"You could see panic in your eyes," Twiggy says. Tyra urges Lisa to cry, if she wants to.
"Let it go," Tyra says. "Just don't mess up your eye makeup." Lisa's photo, however, has the spark.

Err, no, sorry - never heard of that ad (Baloo doesn't look at ads, and hasn't got TV - and isn't in the US anyway. He also regards most models as a waste of space. Twiggy appears to actually have a brain, however.)
The Lisa referred to is a possibly lesser known one, but a vastly more influential one. And not noted for wearing fashionable clothes...
Nice bit of work, though, Edmund....
(Who the heck is Tyra, and how do you get tears to roll upwards? Does she speak the same language as us, or does she just spend a lot of time upside-down?)

It could be the campaign against using bear fur for the Palace guards.
Twiggy, among other celebrities ( including James Bond Roger Moore ) are urging the Queen to switch to faux fur and spare the bears. It would be an awkward problem for the Queen who values tradition, but who would be under mounting pressure to be more environmentally conscious in today's world.
So, Twiggy is in the picture and so is the awkward problem. The problem is " Lisa " which is certainly a derivative of " Elizabeth ", but I always thought she went by " Bessie " to her near and dear ( and Her Majesty to us, the great unwashed ).

Nope. Lisa's just Lisa. I'm wondering how you've managed to miss this one. Very obvious - even if you've never heard of them....

Incidentally, while being something of a traditionalist, Baloo doesn't want to become a hat and supports fake fur for humans.

LISA computers were launched by Apple in 1983.
The original Lisa has two Apple FileWare 5ΒΌ inch double-sided floppy disk drives, more commonly known by Apple's internal code name for the drive, "Twiggy". They have a capacity of approximately 871 kilobytes each, but required special diskettes. The drives have the reputation of not being reliable, so the Macintosh, which was originally designed to have a single Twiggy, was revised to use a Sony 400k microfloppy drive in January 1984. An optional external 5 MB or, later, a 10 MB Apple ProFile hard drive (originally designed for the Apple III) was also offered.

Yay! Honestly, I thought this would be a straightforward one. There again, people probably don't trust my straightforward looking ones...
For some unaccountable reason, Apple codenamed their new floppy drive Twiggy. And it was a flop. Worth quite a bit of money if you've got one stashed away, though. And it was fitted to the first Apple Lisa computers, which were about the first mass-produced ones with nice graphic interactive screens instead of lines of text and obscure commands. Lisa was eventually superceded by the Mac, but gave many an introduction to mice... The Lisa is one computer I've not worked with. Not sure if they came over here.
