    Whose car has the licence plate number SCV 1, and what do the letters stand for?

    "All the Vatican cars' license plate numbers start with SCV. Pope's car, being the number one car in Vatican naturally has the number 1 in the license. Therefore we get SCV 1.'

    		It was also a UK number issued by Coventry in the 1950s. Someone probably has still it. Can't find the free registration checker I used to know.
