What European currencies are linked to the dollar?

I don't think there are any European currencies are linked to the US dollar (because most of them are on the Euro).
However, countries such as Bermuda, The Bahamas, Argentina, Lebanon, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia and other Middle Eastern countries, Malaysia, Kuwait, Syria, and Belarus have linked their currency to the US dollar. Some countries, such as Mexico, areas of Canada, Peru, Uruguay, Ecuador, Cambodia, and El Salvador all accept the US dollar as a second currency, some of them as a preferred currency.
