    Lucy Fur, sinister cat, spies birds in front of where they keep the miraculous painting by the 11 year old girl from the 15th century and a little chapel dedicated to Lucy’s namesake. Where is Lucy Fur?

    		Lucy Fur is at Santa Maria in Montesanto. The painting is 'Virgin of Montesanto', which was supposedly painted by an 11-year-old girl.

    Lucy is in front of the Santa Maria in Montesanto, which contains the altarpiece you mentioned and also has a chapel dedicated to Saint Lucy as mentioned in your link.
    This church is one of two twin churches, the other one being Santa Maria dei Miracoli. Of course Lucy the sinister cat (sinister from the Latin for "left") is in front of the left church when looking at both from the front as in the picture below.
