    		His name is The Bushman (aka David Johnson). He was scaring tourists along Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco.

    		Yes, the Bushman has been sued by the city (2004), cited many times and is still going strong, shouting "Ugga-bugga" at unsuspecting tourists.
