How many people out of 100 have blue eyes?

Approximately 8% of the world's population has blue eyes. However, if you chose 100 people at random in northern Europe or even the U.S., you'd likely end up with more than 8 blue-eyed people in the group, since blue eyes are more common in some areas than in others.
