She is releasing a Harry Potter Encyclopaedia, with things like how to make a Horcrux and what happened to Florean Fortsecue. Perhaps this is what she means by book 8.

I would like to see a series of books, maybe 4 or 5 each volume that tells a tale of each of the founding members of hogwarts. (Godric Gryffindor, Helga Hufflepuff, Rowena Ravenclaw, and Salazar Slytherin). How they met and how they came to create Hogwarts, and the falling of Salazar Slytherin into the dark.

No. The last Harry Potter book took place in a world where there is no place safe. If the 8th book took place in a scarier book it would be to depressing.If the 8th book took place in a safer world it would be to boring.But J.K rowling could make a book that takes place in an alternate world or a book that takes place back when gryfindor,hufflepuff,ravenclaw, and slytherin were making hogwarts,or when tom riddle went to school.
