I love China not only because it is where my parents come from, but because almost everything that people have has some part of it made in China. China also has the world's largest population, and the 2008 Olympics are going to be held in Beijing, where hopefully I will be going to watch it over the summer.

I have never been to Asia, but I do want to go to Thailand some day, so I guess that is my favorite - but based on a complete lack of experience.

I have only been to Japan, China, Singapore and Thailand in the far east but they were all very interesting for different reasons.
If you count Turkey and Israel in Asia, they both are amazing for history.
I would love to go to Nepal.

Having lived on Singapore for 3 years would have to say Singapore.Mind you i was only 13 when i first got there and 16 when i came home. The diversity of the people and cultues is good the food is fab and scenry breath taking.

I would like to visit China (specifically Xian to see the tomb with the terra cotta soldiers), Japan - in cherryblossom time, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
