Ooh, what a toughie! Either somewhere in Europe - Prague (Czech Republic), Dresden (Germany), Andorra, or somewhere in France come to mind first of all - or Montreal in Canada, or somewhere in Maine in the US :)

I would like to live in different places for about a year at a time. A houseboat in Seattle, a village in England, an island in the Caribbean...
Every Dec. 21st or so I decide I'd like to switch from the northern to the southern hemisphere so I'd never have to put up with the short dark days of winter.
