No they didn't. Why didn't they? Because the Husker kicker set a record for the longest field goal in school history. Then they added a defensive touchdown to insult the injured. lol

We do call Soccer Football - that was a ruling by the Soccer Federation - Very confusing!
We have 'Football' in varying codes: AFL - Australian Football League (used to Australian Rules), NRL - National Rugby League which is Rugby League (as against Just Rugby),
Rugby Union and Association Football (what the rest of us call Soccer) - which is really the poor cousin - unless we qualify for World Cup and then there seems to be supporters coming out of the woodwork! lol

'No Blacks' would be a bit of a sensitive name to give any team not in Apartheid South Africa.
The New Zealand All Blacks are a spectacularly good national rugby team, so called because their strip is all black.
They begin games with the Hakka, a Maori war chant and usually win.
Those who are reeling at the thought that I know anything about any form of sport on the planet can be reassured, there are two reasons why I know a little about rugby.
My brother used to play it.
