Ok, I figured out days 18-20, but what was the category on the 17th? Anybody know? We won that day, but I don't know what category!
While I was gone I missed South America, German History, Board Games, and Alphabeticals, and whatever was on the 17th. What was it? Anybody?
And I cannot believe I missed Board Games! I can usually ace that, with all 15. It seems my team did well in my absense, but I sure would have liked to play one of my all time favorite categories!

Yes, pirates are doing very well, I wonder if you will catch us up before time runs out.
Our only hope is that we get some classier quiz genres at which llamas excel. :)

What ever do you mean by "classier", anyway? If you would notice, please, the categories you've won. Some of them I would hardly consider "classy". Besides, you may excel in speed, and win by a point or two most days you win, but we excel in the unique categories, like German history, Football Players, and Dawson's Creek. I think that is worth more than winning by a few points in the "classier" subjects. ;-) Technically, I would imagine the Pirates are at 18 points. :-D Mwahahaha
Yes, I'm tired. I'm blabbing on about nothing. It's early, ok? Ok, so 11:00 isn't early, but I just got back from vacation, I haven't had any sleep with all that snoring and staying up until the wee hours. I'm exhuasted I tell you. Exhausted!
By the way, here is an updated list of what categories were won by whom.
Llamas - Mixed 25, Asia, Us Cities, Food and Drink, Musicals, Shakespeare, Movies by Year, Christian Saints, Botany, Wild Birds, Place of Origin, South America
Pirates - Remakes and Covers, Individual authors, Football Players, Dawson's Creek, US Government, Mixed 5, German History, Board Games, Alphabeticals, Stephen King
Oh, and in case you cared, I could easily add Horror to our list.

Salami, I feel flattered that you pirates seem so chuffed that you are "closing the gap" on our lead ;) Also, let's not forget that WE are the underdogs here - the smaller team who have risen against those who usually dominate the heroes game :D
Both teams are doing great by the way. I never paid too much attention to the game before, but it's clear to see that the llamas have improved. I'm sure the pirates have too.

I just checked both our team memberships:-
Llamas 80
Pirates 72
That makes us the underdogs as far as team size goes. The fact that we have far more active players just goes to show that we must be the better team ;-)
In reality we both have very good teams but...
Oh sorry, I have to go now, it's pizza and beer time :-)
