Number 41 has to do with Spanish, but that's all the hint on that. #s 36, 51, and 23 are all correct. I'll have to come up with some more.
12. Take the name of a famous ruler. Split his/her name right down the middle so you get two new words. Then spell each of the new words backwards. (Such as, if 12345678 was a ruler, 4321 and 8765 are the new words.) These two words rhyme. Who is the ruler?
18. There are many different brand names in the world. The two biggest names in a certain industry have in common three different letters. These three letters are consecutive and appear in different parts of each word. What are the two brand names?
19. If you take the name of the leading brand in a field that has to do with money, and change the first letter, make it the last letter, and you get the name of a leading brand that has to do with cars. What are they?
28. What do the words have in common? Share, crane, carper, vine, tome, duci, drone, blintz, and uphold.
32. Name a word that relates to a city. Change one letter, and you get something in the city. What are they?
41. What do the countries of Spain, Peru, Panama, Dominican Republic, and the USA have in common?
50. Take the name of an animated character that was the main character of a TV show in the last 5 years. Now, take the word for what describes this character. (So, you can feel in this sentence: ___
is the ___) These two words together have an even number of letters, half of the letters are vowels, and all of the vowels are the same vowel. What are the words?
67. Take the name of a current sports figure. Switch the two most center letters in the player's first name. Then take the letter that you switched that is now on the left and cut in half and remove the right side of the letter (for example, if the letter was w, the new letter would be v). You will now have a first name that played for the same position and same team as the first sports player. Who are they?
68. What letter comes next? E, A, P/N, D, P, C, A, A, L, ?

77 is right. It is (mostly) common because unless you live in the U.S., it isn't that common.

12 and 76 are right. The answer I was looking for was 'Xerxes', and I'm glad it was solved after all this time!
For number 32, the two words are one word, non-specific to a certain named city, and homophones.
For number 41, this is all wordplay~ and it has to do with Spanish.
