Both attempts at 124 were incorrect. The answer does make sense, just so you know.
126 is incorrect. Both instruments are very mainstreamed and are both very common (for musical instruments, that is. You don't really find say a trumpet laying around the house)
127 is right. Note that places such as Red Sea, Antarctica, Scandinavia, Mekong River, etc. were not counted as they don't belong to one specific currently sovereign country (but I made an exception for Czechoslovakia and back)
129 is also incorrect. Sorry.
After covering what has been answered, here are a few new ones.
132. What is the significance of the order of these animals? Toad, snake, newt, frog, bat, dog, adder, worm, lizard, owlet, wolf, shark, goat, tiger, and baboon?
133. If you prep up, then pray, and then send notice to beware, you won’t be coming back until when?
134. Among US states, it occurs 4 times, but among world countries, it occurs twice. What?
135. What TV show’s opening and closing themes including the same seven words, with the last three words being party, time, and excellent?

132. They are the ingredients for the potion that the three witches are making in the Act IV, Scene
i of "Macbeth":
First Witch
Round about the cauldron go;
In the poison'd entrails throw.
Toad, that under cold stone
Days and nights has thirty-one
Swelter'd venom sleeping got,
Boil thou first i' the charmed pot.
ALL
Double, double toil and trouble;
Fire burn, and cauldron bubble.
Second Witch
Fillet of a fenny snake,
In the cauldron boil and bake;
Eye of newt and toe of frog,
Wool of bat and tongue of dog,
Adder's fork and blind-worm's sting,
Lizard's leg and owlet's wing,
For a charm of powerful trouble,
Like a hell-broth boil and bubble.
ALL
Double, double toil and trouble;
Fire burn and cauldron bubble.
Third Witch
Scale of dragon, tooth of wolf,
Witches' mummy, maw and gulf
Of the ravin'd salt-sea shark,
Root of hemlock digg'd i' the dark,
Liver of blaspheming Jew,
Gall of goat, and slips of yew
Silver'd in the moon's eclipse,
Nose of Turk and Tartar's lips,
Finger of birth-strangled babe
Ditch-deliver'd by a drab,
Make the gruel thick and slab:
Add thereto a tiger's chaudron,
For the ingredients of our cauldron.
ALL
Double, double toil and trouble;
Fire burn and cauldron bubble.
Second Witch
Cool it with a baboon's blood,
Then the charm is firm and good.

On reply #283, I saw this
"Sorry, that's not it for 41. I'm going to go ahead and reveal the answer for #41. Each of these countries in Spanish have either an accent or a tilda somewhere in the name. All of the other Spanish speaking countries do not have an accent or tilda.
So I'm going to have to say that the answer for 41 is that these are the only countries that contain an accent or tilda when written in Spanish. Please say I'm right!

My goof on 41. I forgot I posted the answer a while back. Thanks for finding that.
128 is not keyboards. Although Japanese and Swedish are used someplaces, I have only seen American and British commonly used.
