Mine would be Moulin Rouge! and Buffy for a tv show!

The old reply to thread function was removed because it got to the point where people weren't even reading the announcements and assuming, by default, that they were somehow being wronged or forgotten or insulted or abused or cheated out of something in some manner.

HannahConner88 I tired to watch 2009's "Dorian Gray", starring Colin Firth. After nearly 40 minutes, I could not watch any further; the movie attempts to ruin Oscar Wilde's story. The only accurate parts of the movie are the character's names and the existence of a picture.

The book is among my favorites, if you also enjoy it, I advise you to spare Wilde's ideal by not watching "Dorian Gray".

I watched an astounding documentary film by Jessica Yu called "In the Realms of the Unreal" about an old eccentric recluse janitor named Henry Darger. He barely spoke to or interacted with anyone. But when he died in is room was discovered thousands upon thousands of pages of a vast novel and an autobiography as well as hundreds of works of art. He has subsequently become well known in the genre of "outsider art". Here's the trailer, from YouTube:

I watched "True Women" with Dana Delaney and Angelina Jolie. It was a Western and pretty good except it had an abrupt ending just when it was getting exciting.

"Rebecca" - very romantic and ethically very dubious.
