I tired to watch 2009's "Dorian Gray", starring Colin Firth. After nearly 40 minutes, I could not watch any further; the movie attempts to ruin Oscar Wilde's story. The only accurate parts of the movie are the character's names and the existence of a picture.
The book is among my favorites, if you also enjoy it, I advise you to spare Wilde's ideal by not watching "Dorian Gray".

I watched "True Women" with Dana Delaney and Angelina Jolie. It was a Western and pretty good except it had an abrupt ending just when it was getting exciting.

"Rebecca" - very romantic and ethically very dubious.

"Misery" That film STILL scares me, no matter how many times I've seen it!

"Apollo 13". Great story, wonderfully done (by Ron Howard), amazing cast (Tom Hanks-the greatest actor of all time, the lovable Kevin Bacon, and Gary Sinise-amazing...

"A Man For All Seasons" What a great movie. Paul Scofield was perfect as Sir Thomas More.
