Just finish and submitted my second People quiz. Then I have to work on my second World quiz and my first Hobbies quiz.

Supersal, you then have to realize, people like me, who have never even heard of the show, who would play the quiz for the sake of playing it, would assume vampires hate sunlight, and they would get it wrong.

I play every quiz with an interesting title, or about something in which I might be interested to learn something from playing the quiz, whether I am already familiar or not. Of course, my expectations are different when I know nothing to start with - I am looking for a quiz that poses questions that stimulate my interest in learning more about the subject, and this is especially important in the extra information.
I have come to realise that 96% or so is the 'perfect score' for a question - if you asked for the first letter of the English alphabet (choose from A, M, P, Z), you would probably get 96%! Knowing that not everyone who takes the quiz is going to know the answers already means that most questions will have a success significantly below that.

Salami, I know people compete to get the early bird badge, it just didn't occur to me that they would play a quiz about a TV show they'd never seen in order to do so! I'm not bothered by it. As I said, I'm in no hurry to get it ranked or played. I was just surprised.

I also play quizzes that look interesting even if I have no knowledge of the subject.. However, this applies to, say, Animals or Religion quizzes. I don't often (or ever? not sure) bother to play a quiz on a movie or television show I haven't seen. It might be a well written quiz, but I have no idea what the questions are talking about, it isn't going to be that fun or interesting to me, I think.

Maybe you have some quiz groupies that take all your quizzes, no matter the topic Sal, and it's good to see the tarts back in action.

I really enjoyed kyleisalive's quiz on Love Actually, although I have never seen the movie and only got one question right. I have seen some other Hugh Grant movies, and the tone of the questions and extra information were totally synchronous with that experience. I didn't particularly want to see the movie before taking the quiz, now plan to note when it comes on tv and have a look.

I'm in the process of making a Jay-Z lyrics quiz since there are hardly any Jay-Z quizzes on this site.

I'm thinking about my New Year resolution to write a quiz in Religion. Thinking is about all I'm doing at the moment, but I've got an idea about an idea for a possible topic.

I'm working on a series of TV quizzes, my first challenge, and am looking into creating a rather obscure quiz on invertebrates of mythology ;)

Still tapping away at my Challenge quiz and my Valentine's Day one, plus the next exciting installment in my "Guild Wars" series. Oh, and a new quiz about the county I come from in England. My quest to get at least one quiz in every category this year is slowly coming along.

I have been incredibly lazy and done little on any of my quizzes. Plenty of ideas, research etc, but little in the way of actual writing. I must get started, I must get started...

Still lots of Dickens quizzes to be taken. Have you thought about doing one of them?

You can write my commission VI quiz, because I'm not doing a very good job of it so far!

I did think about the Dickens challenge, even came up with at least three ideas. I'm just not sure I actually want to write those ideas, lol. None of them really 'grabbed' me.
