*Just to clarify, I mean that I'm still doing the Solomon Islands quiz, I'll just probably do the other challenges first.

Quiz number 98 just went online. Nell and I have collaborated on a whodunnit to be Quiz 100, so I just have to write one more first! Tossing up between some intresting titles in the Author Challenge list, or another sinatra quiz, or Macedonia, which is still waiting to be put out of its misery.

I'm writing quiz #1000 tonight (before #990-#999). Just sitting back and enjoying this one.

Okay, even though I didn't actually accept the challenge, I took a quiz from that page and wrote it up quickly. It's a "follow my directions" quiz, and it was easier than I thought it'd be.
Now, I need to hope that nobody accepts it...

Kyle, I've noticed that the chat boards seem to have the capability to make threads 'sticky' now... would it be possible to have the threads with on-going challenges pinned to the top of this board, so that everyone knows what's currently going on and where there challenges available?

I tried that the night we began and found that the list extended through most of the first page. I may make an overview page with links to all past and present challenges.

Most are in their last few titles (which have been claimed). If anyone wants to clear some off, Sinatra needs only a couple more. :)

I'd thought of an idea for Animals for the Sinatra challenge, but frankly, at the rate I'm writing lately, it wouldn't be online until October. We'll see though, if it's still available when I get a couple of other ones finished, I may take it :)
On a related note, you may be pleased to know that I worked on my Commission IX today and now have FOUR complete questions! Hopefully I will get my butt in gear the rest of this week and get it finished off this weekend.

That sticky thread with links is not only impressive, but also useful! I spent ages the other day trying to scan through to find unfinished challenges, and deciding whether I would take one of the remaining options - this would have saved me heaps of time! And it's quite an impressive display. When even more move to the completed thread, that will become a great way for new participants to check out the completed challenges, too.

You all missed my moment of surprise when all the incomplete challenges were stickied and I couldn't face the page of them. :P
I have a list of challenges ready (my own ideas and peoples submissions for other ideas) for next month, but I'm trying to shoehorn people into the remaining titles that are almost finished. ;)

I have just this second, finally, at last, submitted the Mike and Row's Invertebrate Inquizitions history offering... when I looked it hadn't been there quite as long as I thought. I made the template on March 2nd this year - I think this is about the longest it's taken me to finish a quiz though, and I had to enlist help lol. I am now twitching quietly away to myself, I can't remember the last time I got like this over a quiz! Fingers crossed it will be ok, it's only my second go at a history quiz...

I just played it, too, L-T, & really enjoyed it (although I did backtrack and change some answers). Well done on reaching 100 quizzes.

I put it up in classic mode only precisely so you could backtrack and use your solution to amend previous answers as necessary. I also thought that would make some of the more obscure questions easier, as you can go back knowing what the first letter HAS to be.
Happy 100 FT quizzes, everyone!

I just submitted a quiz of my own, not from a challenge or commission or anything (gasp) about a fairly common yet unknown subject.... With no quizzes on it already. Let's see how it goes. :-)
