My one tip for the Vet tech quiz is be specific. Always check whether any practices, qualifications etc. are particular to your locale or whether they are global. The most common corrections on these quizzes are of the type, "that's not how we do it in the UK/Australia/Belgium".

Should Vet. Tech. quiz be more global--than USA only?

That would certainly be appreciated :-)
Also, find out what quirky animals vets have to treat (and the techs assist with) or unusual illnesses.
Another interesting question line might be related to what sort of vaccinations you need. e.g. Q fever.
I'll look forward to seeing it!

I just finished my Vet Tech quiz. I am not sure if it is okay---I will wait for the Editors to check it.

Vet Tech quiz has been put online--Please take the quiz and compliment!
I am going to be working on a music quiz in the women in music catagory. I am trying out some ideas.
How should the questions be written? Music, Year, Artist or a mix of these? Please reply on this thread. Thank you.
Any tips welcome.

A mixture of question types almost always makes a more entertaining quiz. Ten questions in a row that are in the same basic format gets a bit boring, even if the actual content is interesting.

My music quiz is online now, it is called "What I like about...". The quiz is an author challenge consisting of a mixed bag of questions about songs with "I Like" in the title. I hope you all like this one. It is more challenging about music trivia.

Sorry to monopolize this catagory, but I had to write that I am now working on a quiz about Sweden. It is going well. Any tips sure are appreciated. World and Swedish Culture is the category this time.

Did you know that Sweden has an official Tweeter? I forget the actual title, but each week one person gets to post tweets on the official link - just ordinary people who volunteer. But there has been a bit of vetting recently, since a few of them were rather controversial in the opinions (some racist) that they posted.

I just wrote the most tasteless General quiz for one of Kyle's Author Challenges...we'll see if the editor likes it, I guess :)

I've done a fair bit recently, but I also have a fair bit on my plate. I'm working on a Nauru quiz, a Sci/Tech quiz for the Dungeons and Dragons challenge and a new Commission title I picked up. I'm happy I got my quiz on indie artists up, that was a long time in the making. I had a dream (or nightmare?) the night I submitted it that I got possibly the longest correction note ever received for one quiz. I was a bit worried after that. ;)

I am closing in on 400 quizzes, it won't be long (I'm at 383) but I have no idea what to do to make it "special".
Any ideas?

I've got three quizzes in the design phase, and one that will hopefully be online in the next day or so. There's a "Les Miserables" Lyrics quiz (soon to be online), a Siblings of Greek Myth quiz, a "Lord of the Rings" quiz (author challenge quiz), and the 4th quiz in my "Being Human" US series.

It's been 5 1/2 years of work, Anna... Of course, there were dry periods with only a few quizzes each month, and some months with 20 to 30 (and sometimes more) in a month. :P
Looking back, I cannot believe I've got more quizzes than most others on the site (I'm like 13th, I believe, in total). Time goes so fast.
I also cannot believe that my first quiz, written in January of 2007, I was 14 (barely 14, that is). Haha. No wonder I had so many corrections.... I probably had that teenage "I'm always right, editor, do it my way" attitude. :P
I like that I started so young. It will make it easier to reach my goal of 5,000 quizzes. If I write 300 quizzes every 5 years, average, let's say, it will take me, oh gosh, never mind, it would take me 50 years just to reach 3,000. But that will mean I'm only 70, so I'll have another 10 or 15 years of writing (hopefully). :P

Salami swami, what about literary predictions, or other, for the way our world will end - or end up? Like 'In the Year 2525' - ?

Hmmm, that's an interesting idea. You mean like all those books that are taken in the "futuristic earth", what it will be like? Like "1984" or "Wall-E" (not a book, but the principle is the same).
Or did I misread what you posted and you meant something else?

congrats on the large number SS ... almost a double epic author
How about focussing on the 400
eg "400 and other card games"
or something on the Gregorian calendar which has 400 days
and if I remember right there was a group of wealthy NY socialites called the 400 that existed either at the end of the 19th century or even the start of the 20th
