My brother-in-law makes a big pot of menudo (tripe soup) to go with either a ham or roasted turkey, and tamales that we make the saturday before Christmas, or a few days before. We make the tamales, then watch a movie, usually Christmas Vacation or Bad Santa while they are steaming. It was more fun when the kids were teenagers. They would have their friends help.

We usually have ham, but our family loves to bake and make candy, and there is a huge variety of sweets to choose from while we play games.

Turkey and mashed potatoes - and I like the potatoes best when they are mashed to still have some lumps in them. Yum!

Prime rib. Nobody in my family really likes turkey anymore, so we have prime rib on Christmas and Easter, and sometimes Thanksgiving.
Along with rolls/crescents, salad, olives, baked potatoes, and cranberry salad.
