I filled up yesterday in our small town, and it's around $1.34 Australian.
Quite a lot less in the city, I think.

beachbumb101, those "dollar" prices are per litre, not per gallon. Looks like gas is cheaper in the States than anywhere yet heard from.

£1.15 a litre average here, about 80% is tax, and is the same as a year ago when oil cost double. Don't worry, we'll just eat less.

Agony yes that's true in CAN the prices are by the leader. I meant to say that the gas was around $2.80-$2.90 per gallon. If U.S. gas was $1/gal, the demand would excede the supply and gas would run short.

This morning, in Oxfordshire it's £5.67 per gallon which equates to $7.98 or Eur 5.81. I wish Americans would stop moaning about how 'much' they pay.

Just filled up for £1.15 a litre a couple of hours ago, if I had a long way to commute I'd be investing in a more economical car again.
That's £4.36 per gallon.
BBC news says that today the pound buys 1.52 US dollars, so I am paying roughly $6.63 per gallon.

Well, it was the other day but $3.09/gallon in Newport Beach, CA. Not fun but hey, there's a good Mexican food place next door so might as well fill up while I'm over there!
