at the convergence of McKeever Pl,, Montague St, Bedford Av. and was it Sullivan Pl?

I actually played there once in 1958 in a tryout for Kansas City...what a thrill.

My idol always was Gil Hodges and all of a sudden there I am playing first base and wearing(proudly) number 14 on my uni on the same piece of hallowed groud in Ebbets Field where Gil played so brilliantly -other than the birth of my kids and grandkids it is still the biggest thrill of my life.

9/24 is the birthday of Anthony Newley...let's all ask ourselves exactly what kind of fool we are in his honor

Also F Scott Fitzgerald

OK:what Brooklyn pitcher claimed to have lost a ground ball in the sun (and it happened in the World Series)?

tiepolo I googled "Brooklyn Dodger born Sept. 24" and found Davis, so there's no great mystery involved in my comment.

I can't answer the question, sorry. :(
