Great relief about the blood tests, whatever it is it can't be anything nasty. I'm not of course qualified but read medical books since I could read (spirit guide so I've been told) and don't like a mystery and will do some research. Swollen leg and foot, the tests should have found an infection so presume clear, if there's anything else let me know but there aren't that many possibilities- I'm assuming an xray was their first step already as a slight fracture would have those symptoms if not picked up for a start.

No xray David as yet, more blood tests to come i know for months now has been something in liver which showed up in blood tests. Hence seeing a gastrologist end of may.
I agree it cannot be serious as they would not let things go at the speed they are. |

Cold chilly day here, is odd how a few warm days people feel summer is nearly here then quicker then you can say jack robinson, the weather changes to cold cool days.

Had a sms yesterday informing that a appointment had been made for me to have a visit from the council maintainence team, and they were confirming the appointment, for today between 8am and midday, this was first i had heard of appointment was to replace the toilet seat that was broken and tighten the flush handle.
To my surprise was a knock at my door at 8:05 was the chap to do the work, so now have a secure flush handle on loo and a sparkling new loo seat. Well impressed with the service the council has provided on this especially after it took 30 days to do another repair i requested, this was just 9 days, maybe due to the adminstration having changed from the Con party to Labour who knows.
Ws not going to vote in the forthcoming elections but i may do so now to ensure we continue to get a service like i had today.

Watching the Olivier awards first time they been televised live, the Oliviers are the British equivilant of the Tony's.
Am rooting for Les misrables for musical award although if Billy elliot wins will be as delighted, both shows are worthy. |

Mark's absolutely right. Preaching to the converted, but right.
Matilda the Musical did well at the Oliviers. My niece is going to see it, with her husband and sprogs, courtesy of her MIL. I loved the book, and hope the musical is as good. Sounds like it might be.
I hope your spruced-up loo gives you much pleasure. :)

Aparrently Matilda tickets are now as hard to find as hens teeth, since the success on sunday have been told it is a very good show and well worth seeing.
My fav show did win the radio 2 listeners award and without the skull duggery used by Brian May to win it the year before when Les Mis was also up for it, Queen fan club got all fan club members to vote for it world wide.
Les mis won because it is now in it's 26th year and still plays to packed houses. |

Isn't that fairly common practice, appealing to fans to vote for me/us? or are you just off Brian May these days?

Had more blood tests done tuesday and still none the wiser what they are for or what if any treatment i will get.
Seems from what the nurse said the blood tests are due to last one well last 6 all have showed raised protein levels.
The nurse said you are in a lot of pain are you not, said i was with hands and feet apparently that is what the raised levels show, waiting for the results then going to pursue this as am getting to the end of my tether,on the verge of giving up completely. |

So it's all there in the blood tests? and people know it's all there? Hang in there, and try not to kill anyone while you're waiting.

As my home phone number is ex directory and i only give to good friends and family, i was a little surprised to get a call today. I stopped the guy before he could start and got the details of how he got my number. Seems the TPC can stop number being published and pased about but number can still be obtained.
The company i rang and found this out is GB Accelerator their phone number is 08458381000 if any of my facebook friends who are ex directory and registered with the TPC it maybe worth checking if you are on their list and get your number removed. I have just done this. |
