The old reply to thread function was removed because it got to the point where people weren't even reading the announcements and assuming, by default, that they were somehow being wronged or forgotten or insulted or abused or cheated out of something in some manner.

Lochalsh Good! I'd hate to give up cheese entirely, myself!

lesley153 I've tried low-fat cheese.
Once.

I only use for cooking Lesley, unless it is a cheese omlette or my pasta dish then i use a extra extra strong mature cheese that bites back.

Lochalsh Lesley, you might as well eat a tire/tyre.

lesley153 I think the tyre would have a better flavour.

Lochalsh Neither one would have much savor/savour, Lesley.

lesley153 I think you're right. So - no more tyres. I'll stick with cheese that tastes of something.

Current favourite is Cambozola, which sounds Italian but is really German. It's a soft, Brie-like cheese, with blue veining, and it's perfectly delicious... if you like blue Brie, that is. People who like that sort of thing will find it the sort of thing they like.

I am going to think long and hard but i feel i shall be leaving FT in the not so distance future, Certain people have helped me go towards this action but will not embarass them by naming them.

Oh, Professer Gary. Don't leave because of others. It's not fair to you or to those of us who enjoy chatting with you.

I sent you an email.

Hugs....

Professor don't leave. Your friends are always concerned for you and want to know anything you want o share with us. Talking about your condition is therapy when you are feeling scared about your unresolved medical issues.

lesley153 Gary, it would be a great shame if you felt you had to leave. Compare how many "certain people" have bothered you with the massive support you've had from others. I can't imagine that there's much comparison - is there?

Deunan,Honeybee and my dearest friend Lesley i will take on board your comments and then will decide what to do. Yes i agree Honeybee it is therapy of sorts talking about the problems. I know what both Deunan and Lesley wrote is true maybe i will name and shame rather then leave, I am taking time to decide.

Lochalsh Gary, if you're speaking of me and my comment on Lesley's blog this morning, then say my name. I stand by what I said: I'd like to read about Lesley on Lesley's blog, and about you on your blog (and I do care about how you feel.) Don't let me send you off, though. If you leave, it's your decision, and not my pushing you out. That was not my intention.

sherry75 Gary, you're a fighter - stay, I like reading your Blog although I don't contribute much - a bit of a lurker!

Do know where you're coming from, but rise above.

lesley153 No, we shouldn't need to fight, but we all know damn well that we do. Need to fight for everything. Gary, I hope it works.
