I don't know Jazz if that's just kids that act like that or not. I've noticed a pack of adults aren't much better. This topic is especially relevant during the current election, when people we are electing to run our states and country are playing the same games.
Besides, I don't listen to Pilchards, one of the requirements to be on that team is to be sub normal ;-) |

Is their a paradox I'm not aware of for a team to be invite only and have an avatar that says Join us or Die?
Please elaborate?
Sian, please feel free to ask Elle your questions. I'd try to keep your questions under a thousand if possible.
Also, why have you been resisting posting? Have I done something to dissuade you? My comment about subnormal was tongue in cheek, please don't take everything so seriously. It's all in fun to stimulate conversation. Take a deep breath and post. We are all friends aren't we? |

Of course you cant threaten people with death if they dont join you if they cant join you if they havent been invited.
Some people have a nervous disposition. Its a catch 22 situation.

| The way that works, Sian, if anyone is interested they can send a message to any player on the team. Then, I will will send an invitation to them. My avatar that says "Join us or Die" is just to catch peoples eye, not threaten them. I would have thought this was obvious but I guess I was mistaken. |

Nothing wrong with stimulating conversation, but not everyone takes initiative-so you could be missing out by having the team be "invite only"!

Let's discuss this tomorrow. My horses are starting to kick there stalls which means they are hungry.
Worse case, I guess this team just won't appeal to the nervous types. I'm OK with that. Just as I am with the invite only.
Each of us are different and thankfully there are teams to suit each of our tastes.

I agree, "Royals And Monarchs" for what, the 3-4 time this month, is a bit much. I don't appear to be "learning" anything from that topic, no matter how many times I play it.
Secondly, Sian, by all means, ask away! I will be more than happy to answer anything I am comfortable with!
Thirdly, I should probably file a disclaimer, so I'll do that next... (and I do want to get back to dancing, too)

Oh! One more thing! I thought "Join Us Or Die" with Darth Vader as the avatar was funny! But I do know from personal experience that there is a vast difference between the British and American senses of humor. No harm, no foul, I say. Remember! This is Fun Trivia! It's all in fun.
