Just as long as what we fill it with is meaningful! ;-)

Simon, I am so glad you were able to register for our tourney! I know that registration process is beyond tricky and into bizarre. It took lots and lots of tries to figure it out, but I play in a pile of tourneys, so I finally solved the puzzle.

Baseball and 1950s music were requested quiz topics, so I added them this week. If you have a topic that interests you, toss it out there and I'll do what I can to be accommodating. I want that tourney to be fun, and I swear I have no clue what I am doing hosting one but so far, it's a blast!

Jazz! I want you to be able to play, too! Could your mother help you to register, with the instructions I posted? I agree with RJ, this is a problem that just has to have a solution.

Once I register for a tourney, I add it to my "Favorites" file, and once I am logged in to one tourney, I can just go down the list and go from tourney to tourney, without having to log in again. It's the registration process that is really and truly tricky.

Mel! I love the idea of filling up RJ's refrigerator! We juat have to sneak by his refrigerator magnets -- no small feat.

I'm going to toss in a little four-pack of Vanilla Activia Yogurt to help him get through this holiday season! I'm loading him up with protein! That's my first contribution.

And as good as you are with food, Mel, we'll have that fridge loaded up in no time!

Here's some dill pickles for the fridge!

simontheodore I was able to sign on again today for the PBS quiz! Must've been my lucky post Number, RJ. 50's music had a lot of 60's questions in it, though. 40's music would be interesting, since I haven't seen that as a category anywhere.

Ah come on Simon, I know deep down inside you hunger for more Eurovision ;-)

simontheodore Hunger? If by that you mean it leaves an empty pit in my soul, then perhaps you are right. But some Fritos usually take care of that.

Did someone say Eurovision?

Thanks Pilchards. Why don't y'all plan on stopping by for some holiday cheer. I've got mistletoe hanging around for the more adventurous types.

Simon, my 50's music was all just that, and what a mess that was. A nice experiment, I guess, but ugh!

In Mel's and my quest to load up RJ's fridge, I am adding a large package of California raisins and some pickled herring! Oh, and some Brie, because Brie goes with everything.

Eat that yogurt, it's delicious AND nutritious!

I haven't told my "The Day The Sheep Exploded" story yet, but don't think for one minute I've forgotten it. I'm just saving it up.

And RJ? No, not even one present may you open early! Not even one! I mean, have you been that good this year? This is open to negotiation, but for the moment, I say NO!

Let's hear your side of it.

I'm always good. Good for nothing some say. I'm fixing to have me a feast. I have a big porterhouse steak on the grill and two big taters. Also, a big ole piece of garlic toast and a couple ears of corn. A nice cold bottle of Pinot Grigo or whatever they call that stuff. I've got my guitar out and the fireflies are giving me a flying ovation.

I don't eat Brie, yogurt, or any of that other namby pamby fair. Red meat, and taters are good enough for this cowman. Thanks for the thoughts though. To each their own and all that stuff. Have a good un' gotta run. I think my toast is burning ;-)

You are welcome to your Christmas Pud' - it's very good with brandy, you just pour the brandy over it and set it alight.
I might fire mine up early because it's so cold over here, the UK is presently colder than Iceland, Greenland and Eastern Canada. I'll worry about the heating bill later!

Pinot Grigio, and that's a great wine. It's also the only white wine I can drink. Any other white gives me an immediate headache. I have no idea why.

There is one label I really love, too, and I mean that literally. Not only is the wine incredible, but the label is just darling!

If I can find it, I'll post the link and then tell you what it means. It's sort of a coded label. Maybe I can figure out how to write a single trivia question about it?

Oh sureeeeeee! The Heroes topic today is "Horses?" When do we get "Accessorizing" or "Nail Polish Colors" or even "Sheep"??? Or "Brands of Boots" or "Do My Highlights Look Natural?"

I'll give my very all to "Horses," but I still REALLY want to sit on the committee that chooses these topics!

I see the Chillers did remarkably well with this topic today! Yay! Nice job, truly!

RJ, can you truly eat two baked potatoes? And please tell me you use real butter. If not, I'm adding butter to your refrigerator.
