Well if I was Billie Maher (thank God I'm not) and I had a million dollars (which he does), I guess I'd buy a politician (which he did).

I'd pay off my debts, then I'd buy a six-apartment block that's for sale on a nice street near my church, move in, give an apartment each to two of my dear friends, rent-free, and offer two of the three remaining apartments to homeless people at minimal rent and the last one to a couple who would do the caretaking. Then I'd take a trip.

I'm with viking and after that,-some would go to my kids travel hockey, and I would probably bank the rest. I'm a renter, like it that way.

Yep, I'd STILL pay off my debts, but NOW I'd make sure I'm taken care of before I squandered it on my ingrate friends and family. Sorry, but everyone I know is willing to take (whether they need it or not) anything I'll give them.....and I'm financially and healthwise challenged, myself. WTH???

I would pay off my house first. . . Then sell it. Go back to college and study what I REALLY like. . . At my leisure. Yes I would.

I'd buy my husband a new car and take him on a trip to Australia and New Zealand. Then I'd donate money to causes that protect the environment and human rights.

Pay off mortgages, if anything left start a building fund for local school as they desperately need an auditorium.

Pay off my children's mortgages, give some to several charities, and invest the rest.

After paying off my bills, I would get my cousin to show me the house where my Grandfather was born. It is on an island off the Croatian coast.
