It should be mentioned that I did write a few things of autobiographical nature, but writing is not what I was truly famous for and I doubt too many people here have heard of, much less read, any of my stuff LOL
ANYHOO, yes I was dead before 1950 and no, I was not known for any musical abilities whatsoever.

I was an artist, best known for paintings, but also did many sketches, mostly of nature and things/people associated with a certain ethnic group.
