I LOVE cooking (for company, not the everyday stuff particularly, although tonight we're having Linguini Portofino with jumbo shrimp (marinated in hot sauce), scallops, mussels, shrooms, onions, garlic, green/red pepper in a white wine cream. Salad and toasted french bread on the side). Please don't tell the hubby that the mushrooms on HIS plate are the poison kind ~~~
