Maybe Quinn can be worse than Cassel. The Chiefs are the Cubs of the NFL. Oh, the pain, the pain!

And the defense managed to play horribly again today. The Vikings didn't look good in the first half today...they need to score touchdowns, not FGs.

Way to go Redskins! Thought they were gonna blow yet another big lead but somebody got RGIII'd! We'd be nowhere without the guy.

The Vikings looked like they'd never seen a running quarterback before and like they had zero film on him before hand. Their game plan was horrendous and they fully deserved to lose.

Ponder took a couple of steps backwards yesterday to be sure. The Vikings need to do things like the Packers did yesterday. Great win for them. Terrible loss for the Vikes.

Musgrave's offensive play calling in the first quarter (and most of this season) was terrible as well. First 3 possessions you get in the red zone and come away with 9 points? That isn't going to cut it against the worst teams, let alone a decent team at home. Musgrave seems to call the game according to the score, rather than just attack, attack, attack, which is what they should be doing. The defense isn't good enough to hold a mediocre lead.

You guys have one frightening player in Harvin. Every time that little dude touches the ball, first I cringe, then I'm yelling at the TV..."Get Him, dammit!" lol

You're right Rick. Percy Harvin is one of the best all around offensive players right now. I love it.

The Vikings looked like I had expected them to look all season. The let down game finally came. What a terrible performance on both sides of the ball. They couldn't pick up a blitz to save their lives, and Ponder looked absolutely terrible for the second week in a row. You target Kyle Rudolph once? The Bucs have been gashed by TE's all season long, and you don't bother to game plan to get Rudolph the ball? That was terrible play calling on Musgrave's part. I seriously think he is the problem.
It didn't excuse how terrible the played on defense either though. Have to see what kind of injury Chris Cook has...

They can't sustain offense with just two players. I thought there for a few minutes that #69 would get the team motivated. Alas. Nothing. They were flat. My mom lives in St. Petersburg and the Bucs are her boys. Good for you mom.

Chris Cook is out for the rest of the regular season with a broken arm, so he's out for the year. The Vikings have no hope to make the playoffs if they continue to play like they have on offense. Michael Jenkins should have been cut after last season...he's absolutely terrible, but Musgrave had him in Atlanta, so he continues to stink up the field.
Anyway, that Denver/NO game should be a fun shootout on Sunday night. :)

So much for that shootout...the Denver D played really well tonight. And the offense looked good too of course. Pretty likely the Saints won't make the playoffs this year now.

So the Chiefs have to start Cassell again? haha! Sorry daver...that's horrible news though. Seriously, they should just throw Stanzi out there. Not like they have anything to lose (although I'd say they have a chance against SD...who couldn't score more than 6 against Cleveland)

The Washington/Carolina game so far has had some of the worst officiating I've seen in a long time. The replacement refs made me forget how bad the regulars are.

Chiefs getting killed again today. Cassel's QB rating for the season is 66.6 - oddly appropriate. The worst QB in the NFL.

Time to start calling him RG4? Robert Griffith III became the first Redskins QB to throw 4 TD passes in consecutive games as the Redskins made turkeys out of the Cowgirls on Thanksgiving. Next victim, the New York Giants on Monday Night Football.

Things seems to have taken a much worse turn for the Chiefs DaveR, ESPN is reporting a player killed himself at the team facility and there was a fatal shooting of the players girlfriend also being investigated. They haven't named the player yet.

Word is leaking out that the player might be Jovan Belcher.
