My house is just in front of a school so during the week days we can see kids playing, screaming in the yard but during the week ends, it is very quiet, peaceful.

My street is about 3 miles from the centre of Dublin, Ireland. Mixture of houses from cottages build for ex-military servicemen to Victorian red-brick family houses along with shops, schools and churches.
Traffic is pretty busy especially at peak times and at the begining/end of the school day

I live on a street that is only one block long. It has a lot of trees on it, which means lots of leaves in the fall. It is only a block from my city's largest park. The strangest thing about my street is that no one knows how to spell its name. The street sign says "Lorraine," but if you look it up online in the city tax records, it says "Loraine." Fortunately, the Post Office delivers mail with either spelling. Another unusual feature of my street is that it is made out of brick. At one time, I suppose all the streets in Springfield were paved with bricks, but very few have survived.

Well, to call mine a 'street' is rather an exaggeration! It's a quiet lane with a few scattered houses half way up Brown Clee Hill. Not too many distractions from FunTrivaing :) It's humble, but it's home.

My street is very busy, which is twistie. There are no sidewalks & deep ditches. Some trees with a plant nursery, convenet store, & even a park.

I have lived on my street, in the same house for 64 years. You can only imagine the changes I have seen.
Ups and downs, good and bad but good enough to continue and stay.
