If you put together all of the previous clues, you should have it. It is a two-word non-war non-comedic novel-based action movie from the 1990s starring Bruce Willis lacking the word "The" in the title. The antagonist has been nominated for a Best Supporting Actor Oscar.
And no, it isn't The Sixth Sense, The Last Boy Scout, or Pulp Fiction.
