There have been far worse examples (such as Connery as a Spanish immortal in Highlander, while the French guy was supposed to be Scottish) but what the hey lol.
Okay, so NOT a war movie, but a crime movie perhaps? And the crime did not involve guns?

YES, I'm almost poitive the entire film takes place in the USA, but there might be a couple of minutes (of no importance) outside.
By all means think of it a a USA based film.
