Snowed pretty hard last night, now the wind is really blowing. Temperature -25 C and not likely to get any higher, with the windchill it feels like -40. Not going out too far today.

It blew hard yesterday, and snowed. It was just warm enough the day before that the snow melted on the roads (which were still warm) and became layers of ice and slush this morning.
However, I had to "scrape" my car this morning, all it took was brushing the inch or two off. It's a powdery, dry snow, but on the roads, wet and mushy. Very odd.
I didn't check the temperature, silly me.

It was 62 degrees here yesterday; today it is 30; tomorrow it is supposed to get down to zero! Just crazy weather.

72 earlier in Charlotte, but a dangerous system of T-storms is expected within the hour. The temperature is supposed to drop about 20 degrees after they pass (supposed to be "dangerous" for about 3 hours). Tornados have been reported along the line the storm is on all day.

We had 5 tornadoes hit the northern part of the state. One little mountain town was pretty much wiped out. Lots of people in the dark tonight and temp's are dropping.

Here is Spain it started at about 7 Centigrade and due to go up to a nice comfortable 23 Centigrade, which is delighteful for February.
