OK I can see now that a refresher in physics is due.
hypothesis: Smoke is key component of all electronics
observation:smoke escaped from Lucas voltage regulator.
Regulator ceased to function.
Theory: Smoke is necessary for electronic components to function.

Nothing against smokers:
Just obey the rules (there's a rule here about where to smoke, and it's not in the apartments [there are designated places, one out front, the other on the sixth floor balcony-to be used in inclement weather])

I believe Robinson's eyes are green, not blue. As to why, see Mendel.
I prefer "Smoke Gets in your Eyes" to "Cruisin" (despite the fact that it refers to a recent on-topic form of transportation), mostly because I'm quite tall and have never had a good experience in a vehicular device lol
Not sure what the key word for association is now (Newton, laws, gravity, genetics?) but I'm sticking with smoke. Only because "Smoke on the Water" has an easily played riff (for me, anyway, since I'm not very good at it) on the guitar.
