I love to watch deer and elk in the mountains and around town. I also like to see them breaded and served on plates. My cousin makes elk parmigiana to die for. Deer fingers too. Breaded and fried strips of venison.

I use to love black jacks = small chewy sweets that cost a penny each and fruit salad, the same thing really and aniseed gob stoppers and ......... :)

Postcards, not if it is cooked correctly! I just had my nephew from Dallas stay with me for a week and I took him to a restuarant that specializes in it. He LOVED it! Kinda like chicken white meat with the juiciness of the dark meat! Gator fondue is one of my favorites!
